NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FOR 2025-2026

Registration for New Students in TK- 5 is now open.  Priority period ends March 21. See this information to enroll.  The TK program age requirement has been extended.  Please check the link and the dates to see if your child qualifies.

CONTINUING/CURRENT STUDENT REGISTRATION FOR 2025-2026

TK – 4th Grade Families will be emailed the Continuing Student Registration/Proof of Residency information on February 3.  Registration and Proofs are submitted online and due before Friday, February 28, 2025.  No need to re-enroll your current student.  Fill out the Proof of Residency forms and you’re all set for next year.

5TH GRADERS GOING TO THORNTON

SOCCER SEASON IS HERE!

PARENT INFO NIGHT:  Monday, February 3 at 4pm via Zoom

Soccer is open to all 4th and 5th graders.  Students must have a signed permission slip and physical form in order to try out.

PARENT CAFE

Parents are invited by Brookvale’s counselor, Victoria Tanaka, for a Parent Cafe.  Parents will have the opportunity to share stories and best practices for “Caring for our Children.”

When:  Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 4 – 6pm

Where:  Brookvale Elementary, Room P2

NO SCHOOL

There will be no school on Monday, February 17th in observance of President’s Day.

MOVING? 

If you move to another Fremont neighborhood, please complete the online Change of Residency (COR) form and bring it to the Brookvale office  to ensure your child gets enrolled in their new school (required within 5 days of your move  BP5111).   If you move OUT of Fremont, please contact the Brookvale Secretary at jmehta@fusdk12.net for an Intent to Withdraw Form.

SCIENCE FAIR

The Brookvale Science and Engineering Fair is here! 

Read the guidelines linked here, dos and don’ts before you choose your research topic. Choose a topic appropriate for your grade level.  Brookvale Science and Engineering Fair projects are DUE TO CLASSROOM TEACHERS ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2025, before 2:00 PM.

ATTENDANCE

Your student should be at school and in class as much as possible during the day.  FUSD’s funding from the state is based on the number of students at school and on time.  When students are absent or late to school, we receive no funding for that day.
