Hello students and families! Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year!

I am so happy and excited to be back as the school counselor for Cabrillo Elementary school for my 5th year. I am at Cabrillo Monday's-Friday's.

As a professional school counselor, I aim to build a safe and welcoming environment for all students. I am an advocate for students and work with the necessary stakeholders in order to foster students' growth and support their academic, career, and social-emotional development.

Through a comprehensive school-counseling program, I strive to create a school environment where students can have the ability to feel empowered, supported, and confident to reach their goals. The following are services I provide:

• One-on-one counseling sessions
• Group counseling sessions
• Classroom counseling lessons
• Open collaboration and communication with parents/guardians to support student success
• Support school personnel
• Collaboration and consultations
• Crisis counseling
• Community resources and referrals
