Please put any new Parchment.com requests 'on hold for grades' to avoid premature processing.

Transcripts will be finalized between June 4th - June 11th.

No sooner than June 4th and no later than June 11th.

2024 Summer Transcripts & Work Permits

June 10 - July 10 (9am - 2pm): Transcripts and Work Permits will be issued at the High School Summer School Office - Washington High School - 38442 Fremont Blvd.

July 11 - July 25 (9am - 2pm): Transcripts and Work Permits will be issued at FUSD District Office - Secondary Education Office - 4210 Technology Dr.

July 26 - and after: Official and unofficial transcript requests are to be made using the parchment.com service - please check the High School Registrar page for specific directions and links.

July 29 - Aug 13 (9am - 2pm): Work Permits will be issued at FUSD District Office - Secondary Education Office - 4210 Technology Dr.

August 14 - and after: Work Permits will be issued at the school sites.

PRICING:

There is a $5 processing fee for official transcript requests ~ unofficial transcript requests are free ~ Parchment accepts electronic payments only

PROCESSING TIMELINE:

Washington High School's Registrar's Office will process all new Parchmnt.com requests received within 24-48 business hours (not including school holidays or weekends)
