After you finish your virtual appointment, the Washington High School Registrar's office will get in contact with you through email with confirmation and course registration details.

26-27 Enrollment Steps:
August 2026 start - 2026-2027 Enrollment Information | Process/Instructions (LINK - pdf)
Once the application is submitted a confirmation page will open. On the top of the page you will find directions to schedule a virtual meeting to finalize the enrollment. The enrollment IS NOT complete until you have this meeting. Be sure to select the correct Service Type based on your child’s grade for 2026-2027.
Incorrect appointment types will be canceled and you will need to schedule the correct appointment to finalize the enrollment.
January 12 - enrollment appointments open for all grades.
1. Requirements for Enrollment
- Student must be living full-time in Fremont, CA at the time of enrollment.
- A student cannot be enrolled in an FUSD school for the current school year if they are enrolled in another public or private school for the current school year.

2. Student Placement in a School and Grade Level
- School Locator (woolpert.com) to find a home school (boundaries) by residence address. Students may be placed outside their home school based on availability.
- Initial grade placement is based on chronological age. (Board Policy)

COURSE REGISTRATION:
- AFTER COMPLETING THE ABOVE STEPS THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE WILL EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND 26-27 COURSE REGISTRATION DETAILS
- EMAILS WILL BE SENT IN ORDER OF ENROLLMENTS IN QUEUE
