Principal’s Message:

Hello Families,

It’s hard to believe that we have now reached the last few weeks of school.  We all made it to the finish line!  I am so proud of all the growth our students have shown this school year.  This shows how hard all the families and staff worked together this year to make this happen.  I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate our 5th grade students that will be promoted from Weibel this year and move onto Horner Middle School next August.  We will all miss you!

As we reach the last few weeks of school, there will be many activities happening at school.  Be sure to keep up with the school and classroom newsletters to know what’s coming up!  We will also have our annual 4th/5th grade Olympics during the week of May 20th.  On Monday May 20, our opening ceremony will start 1st thing in the morning.  If you would like to attend, please stay by the gate until I let you know when you can enter the blacktop.

May 6-10 is Staff Appreciation Week!  Thank you so much to all the families who signed up to bring breakfast and treats for our staff.  Our staff at Weibel are so appreciative that we can celebrate together.  Thank you!

Have a wonderful rest of the school year and summer break.  I hope to see everyone next school year!  Please look out for our welcome back newsletter in August.

Thank you,

Ms. Lee

Aeries Parent Portal & 2024-25 MAZE Process

Fremont Unified will transition from Infinite Campus to Aeries as our student information system for the 2024-25 school year. In July 2024, parents and guardians of students enrolled for 2024-25 will receive information to activate their Aeries Parent Portal, and will use the Portal to complete the annual MAZE process, called “Parent Data Confirmation” in Aeries.

MAZE is Fremont Unified School District’s annual data confirmation process in which parents/guardians:

  • provide required information for each enrolled student – such as emergency contacts,

  • acknowledge certain parent/guardian and student rights and responsibilities, and

  • access specific school forms/information.

Completing the MAZE process ensures your student’s school has accurate information, and allows families to view student schedules/classroom assignments and their teachers when that information is released in August.

Please look out for additional information about activating your Aeries Parent Portal and completing the MAZE process in the coming months.

Portal de padres Aeries y proceso MAZE
2024-25

TEACHER & STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK MAY 6TH – MAY 10TH

Hello Weibel families,

May 6 – May 10 is Teacher & Staff appreciation week.  This is a week to show appreciation to all of the staff members at Weibel.  This includes classroom teachers, specialists, para educators, office staff, custodial, and noon supervisors.  Including all the support staff, Weibel has around 42 staff members at Weibel.  This organized sign up sheet has been created so that families could contribute to celebrating the wonderful staff at Weibel.

Thank you so much in advance for signing up and volunteering with a food item for our celebrations.  PTO will also provide a staff luncheon on one afternoon.  Please note that drop offs will be at the office (8am-9am), and the office members will take it to the staff lounge.  Please put your child’s name on the comments so we know who it’s from.  We will also have you fill out a small card when you drop off your donations.

If you have any questions, please email to [email protected].

Thank you,

Weibel PTO
