Physical Education

Remember the four keys to PE:

Safety

Sportsmanship

Fitness

FUN!

Food: No food in class, but you may bring a water bottle to class if needed.

Sick or Injured:

You must have a note from your parent to be excused from participating in P.E for up to a week. Anything longer than a week and you will need a note from a doctor.

Safety:

You must wear sneakers with either laces or Velcro.  No boots, hiking boots, cleats, sandals, slip on shoes, dance shoes and so on. If you do not wear sneakers, there is a possibility that you will not be allowed to participate in the activity for safety reasons.
