Dear Students and Parents,
If you would like to request a schedule change, please go to this google form to fill out the schedule change request form. Schedule change requests are open from:
January 6th - January 24th 8:00 pm. Please note the schedule change request directions below:

Schedule Change Request Form Hours: January 6th - January 24th - 3:30 - 8:00 pm. Closed on weekends.

All schedule change requests may be denied based on class size limitations and are NOT guaranteed.

Requesting to add a course: be sure you meet ALL recommended AND required pre reqs in FUSD Course Catalog.

Teacher change requests will NOT be considered.
