2022-23 Notice of Availability of Developer Fee Report: FUSD Accounting Services
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fremont Unified School District (“District”) has completed and is making available for public review its proposed Annual and Five-Year Developer Fee Report (“Fee Report”) pursuant to Government Code section 66006(b)(2) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. The Fee Report is on file at the District Office, located at 4210 Technology Drive, Fremont, CA 94538, and is available for public review from December 22, 2023 through January 17, 2024, from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. As required by law, the Fee Report is also available on the District’s website at the following link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1buRSYAw_FFYfzhNBOvzxu1ZvoCjIBKKS/view
The Board will review the Fee Report at its next regularly scheduled public meeting on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. The public meeting for this purpose will begin at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the Board Room, located at 4210 Technology Drive, Fremont, CA 94538. These matters will be considered at such time as this agenda item is considered by the Board of Education of the Fremont Unified School District.
