District Staff Recommendation/Findings regarding Circle of Independent Learning Charter School Renewal Charter Petition
The District staff has reviewed and analyzed the petition for renewal of the Circle of Independent Learning Charter School’s Charter, and determined that the Charter School meets the applicable legal standards and criteria for renewal, and therefore will recommend that the Board approve the renewal petition at its February 25, 2026 meeting.
