Public Hearing: Mission Valley SELPA Public Hearing

FREMONT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, in the Central Meeting Room at the Fremont Unified School District, located at 4210 Technology Drive, Fremont, CA 94538.

In accordance with guidance from the California Department of Education, all Special Education Local Plan Areas (SELPAs) are required to conduct a public hearing on their Annual Budget and Service Plans. This hearing allows the Mission Valley SELPA to fulfill that requirement.

Copies of the proposed plans are available for public review at the Special Education Office of each participating district.
