Walters Middle Visit

It was clear the Walters’ campus is dynamic: we were impressed by its clean and orderly appearance, the main office’s professionalism and notably the progress on the new field. Classroom visits showcased students who were exploring concepts and demonstrating critical thinking. Both classrooms and the library prominently displayed student work.

Students were visibly happy and genuinely interested in their activities, confidently explaining the “why” and “how” behind their learning. During the panel, it was obvious that students feel a strong sense of belonging, citing friendships, a supportive school, and accessible adults they can talk to.
