Principal Introduction

Dear Parkmont Students and Families,

It is with great great pride and excitement that I write this letter of introduction to you as the Principal of Parkmont Elementary School. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead a school with students that demonstrate social and academic resilience, a dedicated staff, and supportive and involved school community. I feel fortunate to be welcomed into the Panther Family and I hope to make you proud as we begin the 2022-2023 academic school year supporting one another to make this a wonderful academic year.

The 2022 school year marks my 19th year that I have been dedicated to the field of education. I have worked with students ranging in age from Kindergarten through college level in a variety of roles. I have taught in the public schools at both the elementary and middle school levels, worked as a Professor at the University level, served as an Education Consultant at the state department of education, as well as served as an Assistant Principal at the high school and elementary levels. I have also been Interim Principal within FUSD this past school year. I am thrilled to continue my educational journey and bring my skills as an educational leader to Parkmont Elementary School. I look forward to collaborating to inspire and engage the whole child through a balanced curriculum, and meeting the academic, social, and emotional needs of our student population.

I view education as a life-long process and I anticipate that I will continue to learn much about Parkmont this year and in the years to come. Most importantly, I want to do what is best for students and their well-being is at the center of all decision making. Because you know your child best, and relationships between families and school are vital to overall success, I encourage you to become involved in every way possible. Keeping our cornerstones at heart; being dedicated, hardworking, and mindful, we can make this year a wonderful year of growth and opportunity. My true goal is to ensure that Parkmont is a welcoming environment with warm yet demanding staff, and that students are learning and progressing while having fun!

I look forward to meeting you all soon! If you have questions, concerns or ideas, please don’t hesitate to call or email me.

SIncerely,

Tiffany Kloeppel, PhD
