Academics

Academic support is very important to your Thornton counselors. We monitor grades, meet with students to create goals, and refer students to appropriate interventions needed to help students succeed. Both students and parents may request an appointment with a counselor for academic support.

College & Career

Have you thought about your future yet? If no, it is never too late to start planning. Students at Thornton are exposed to college and career activities. Counselors present information regarding high school graduation requirements, college requirements of a-g courses, and give students the opportunity to explore careers that may interest them.
