BID 426-06-14-24 Student Field Trip Transportation Services Bid

The Fremont Unified School District (“District”) is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide student field trip transportation services.

All questions regarding this BID are to be directed in writing to the Director of Transportation, Ernest Epley, via email (eepley@fusdk12.net). All questions must be received on or before Monday, July 1, 2024. Questions received less than Twelve (12) calendar days prior to the date for opening Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.

The District requests that all bids be received on or before 2 PM, Friday, July 18, 2024, as further described in this Bid. All responses must be submitted at the District's Business Office, at or which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Sealed Bids shall be labelled: “Student Field Trip Transportation Services Bid No. 426-06-14-24”. Any bid that is submitted after this time shall be non-responsive and returned to the bidder:

Late Submittals Will Not Be Accepted or Considered

The District reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. The District makes no representation that participation in the RFP process will lead to an award of contract or any consideration whatsoever. In no event will the District be responsible for the cost of preparing a response to this RFP. The District also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in received submittals. The District reserves the right to change the dates on the schedule without prior notice. All Respondents will be responsible for obtaining any addendums or revisions to the project which will be posted in the same manner as the RFP documents.
