Bid No. 439-11-01-24 IRVINGTON HIGH SCHOOL ELECTRICAL REROUTE

Fremont Unified School District (District) will accept sealed bids for comprehensive proposals for all labor, materials equipment and services necessary to modify and upgrade the existing electrical infrastructure to improve power distribution efficiency and capacity, as further described in this Bid.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on December 3, 2024, at 10:00a.m. at Irvington High School.

All participants are required to sign-in to validate attendance. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid ineligible.
The District requests that all bids be received on or before Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 2:00PM at the address below:

Each bid must conform and be responsive to the request. 

Respondent is responsible for reading this BID in its entirety. 

 

Each Submittal must conform and be responsive to the requirements set forth in RFQ/P

Late Submittals Will Not Be Accepted or Considered

The District reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. The District makes no representation that participation in the RFP process will lead to an award of contract or any consideration whatsoever. In no event will the District be responsible for the cost of preparing a response to this RFP. The District also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in received submittals. The District reserves the right to change the dates on the schedule without prior notice. All Respondents will be responsible for obtaining any addendums or revisions to the project which will be posted in the same manner as the RFP documents.
