Late Submittals Will Not Be Accepted or Considered
The District reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. The District makes no representation that participation in the RFP process will lead to an award of contract or any consideration whatsoever. In no event will the District be responsible for the cost of preparing a response to this RFP. The District also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in received submittals. The District reserves the right to change the dates on the schedule without prior notice. All Respondents will be responsible for obtaining any addendums or revisions to the project which will be posted in the same manner as the RFP documents.   Â
