Education Verification
There are two options:
I) Online through Parchment. Â
- YOU MUST attach the former student's signed release of information.
- Student’s Last name, First name at time of Graduation.
- Graduation Year
- Date of Birth (NO SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER REQUIRED)
- 2-3 school day turnaround time
II) Mailing
Please follow the steps below:
- Required information:
- Student’s Last name, First name at time of Graduation.
- Graduation Year
- Date of Birth (NO SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER REQUIRED)
- A signed release of information from the student in question
- A check or money order for $5.00Â made payable toÂ
Fremont Unified School District – MSJHS
- A postage mail envelope to mail back the verification documents.
- Mail the request to Mission San Jose High School
