2024 Summer Transcripts & Work Permits

June 10 - July 10 (9am - 2pm): Transcripts and Work Permits will be issued at the High School Summer School Office - Washington High School - 38442 Fremont Blvd.

July 11 - July 25 (9am - 2pm): Transcripts and Work Permits will be issued at FUSD District Office - Secondary Education Office - 4210 Technology Dr.

July 26 - and after: Transcripts will be issued at the school sites.

July 29 - Aug 13 (9am - 2pm): Work Permits will be issued at FUSD District Office - Secondary Education Office - 4210 Technology Dr.

August 14 - and after: Work Permits will be issued at the school sites.

All unofficial and official transcripts are available from Parchment.com (Former & Current Students)

Click on the link below, enter your info, pay and you will receive it within 24-48hours.

Mission Parchment

  1. Be sure to enter your name EXACTLY as it appears on your school records/ transcript. 
  2. Enter your grad/leave year. This is critical – this is your graduation year, eg: 10th=2024, 11th=2023, 12th=2022, etc.
  3. You will receive an email from Parchment once the transcript has been sent.
  4. ALL transcripts from Parchment are approved and submitted by the school, so they are official.
  5.  You will receive an email from Parchment once the transcript has been processed.

Please continue to request through Pachment.com. 

Our summer school site will be processing summer requests from June 21st - July 21st. 

*** Registrar will return to Washington office on July 28th to begin processing new requests.
