Principal’s Message

Hello Warm Springs Community,

Welcome to a new school year at Warm Springs Elementary School! We are excited to begin this journey together and are looking forward to a year filled with growth, learning, and memorable experiences.

My name is Scott Iwata, and I am honored to serve as the principal of Warm Springs for my 12th year. My wife Emily is a 3rd grade teacher within FUSD and we have three boys, ages 14, 12 and 10, that all attend FUSD schools. I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Our dedicated team of educators and staff are passionate about providing a high-quality education that supports the diverse needs and interests of all of our students.

At Warm Springs, we believe in fostering a strong partnership between school and home. We encourage open communication and collaboration between teachers, students, parents, and guardians to ensure the success of each student. Together, we can create a supportive community that empowers our students to reach their full potential.

We are committed to helping students discover their passions, develop critical thinking skills, and cultivate positive character traits.
