Q: Do you accept late work?

A: My goal is to help you stay on track and succeed in this class. Turning in homework on time is the best way to keep up with our learning, but I understand that sometimes life happens.

If you need to turn in homework late, you can still submit it within one week of the due date for 50% of the points. After that, it won’t be possible to accept the assignment—so please check in with me if you need support or an extension before the deadline.

A: No. In accordance with Board Policy, all students are required to complete a Health course as part of the high school graduation requirements. Opting out of the course for the semester is not permitted.
