Key Ways to be Successful in Health Class

  • If one of the Health Teachers is absent, feel free to see the other Health teacher for any questions or assistance needed.
  • Eat nutritious meals throughout the day and feel free to bring in nutritious snacks to class
  • Any mess you make, you clean!
  • Shoot for 9 ¼ hours of sleep every night.  No assignment is worth your sleep
  • Exercise daily to help alleviate stress.
