PSAT/NMSQT® and SAT®Exams
2024-2025 School Year
- 11th grade students:
All 11th grade students will have the option of taking the PSAT/NMSQT® at no cost. The cost is covered by the FUSD Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). Results of the PSAT/NMSQT® may be used to qualify students for the National Merit Scholarship Program. No student registration is required. Parents/guardians may opt their student out of taking this test. - 12th grade students:
12th grade students may choose to take the SAT® as part of the SAT School Day® program which allows for the SAT® to be administered at their school during a school day rather than on a Saturday outside of FUSD. The SAT® will take approximately four hours to complete and costs $100. Student registration is required.
Students in 12th grade will need to register through a link that will be provided here at the start of the 2024-25 school year. The registration window will be open Wednesday, August 14, 2024 through Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 5:00 pm. Payment will be collected separately by schools prior to the test administration. Students in 11th grade will automatically be ordered a test unless their parent/guardian chooses to opt the student out.
