Ordering Transcripts
Final Transcripts for Seniors (Class of 2022):
Final transcripts for colleges, universities, NCAA, potential employers or home can be ordered through Parchment.
- You can order your transcript now and select “hold for grades." If you order your transcript after 6/13/22, select "send now." Please see this link for more information about this process.
TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS FOR CURRENT STUDENTS
**Please plan ahead. Transcript can take several business days to be processed**
Ordering an Unofficial Self-View Transcript:
- Visit Transcripts and proceed to Parchment to order
- When you are creating an account on Parchment, select the checkbox to allow you to store an unofficial copy of your records in the Learner dashboard.
- To update the version that appears in your account, click on the image of the transcript in the ordering tile, this will generate an order to your high school for a new unofficial self-view transcript.
- Please note that AHS will still need to process this before the updated transcript appears in your account.
- The unofficial self-view transcript is FREE.
Requesting electronic transcripts for personal use, college applications, and scholarships:
- Check your DUE DATE. Make sure you request your transcript EARLY
- Visit Transcripts and proceed to Parchment to order
- Pay $5.00 each per transcript requested.
Ordering your Transcript for your Common Application:
- Create an account at www.commonapp.org and note your Common App ID. You will need it to make sure your transcript gets to the right place.
- Use the School Forms section of the Common App Online to invite your counselor to be a recommender. Doing this will trigger an email message to your counselor providing instructions on how to submit school forms online. Confirm with your counselor that he or she intends to submit school forms online.
- Log into your Parchment account (www.parchment.com) and select the Common App tab.
- Provide your Common App ID – when prompted, confirm that the Common App ID and information (i.e. your name, colleges applied to, counselor name) are correct.
- Your transcript will be sent directly to the Common App Online system where it will be matched by your counselor with your school forms and submitted on your behalf.
- Once you have submitted your transcript to the Common App, your transcript is ready for submission to ALL of your Common App colleges. You do not need to submit one for each “C” college.
Requesting Final Transcripts
All Colleges/Universities will require a Final Transcript to include your 2nd semester grades and your graduation date. Order your transcripts in May through Parchment and select "Hold for Grades". Your transcript will be sent when final semester 2 grades are on your transcript.
Note: If you believe you may qualify for a transcript fee waiver, please contact your school counselor.
