Senior Documents
All seniors applying to universities using Common Application or applying to a Non-Common Application school needing a secondary school report and/or letter of recommendation will need to complete a Senior Profile. The Senior Profile is used by your school counselor to complete any secondary school reports and/or letter of recommendations that private or out-of-state public universities require in their application process. The Senior Profile will not be submitted to universities you’re applying to, and must be turned into your counselor through Google Classroom.
Note: Seniors only applying to the University of California and/or California State University systems will not need to complete a senior profile or Mid-Year Request form.
The Completed Profile Includes:
- Cover Sheet
- Resume
- Verification Record
These documents are available on each counselor's Class of 2023Â Google Classroom and must be submitted there according to the deadlines below.
*If your earliest application deadline is December 1, 2022Â or earlier, these documents MUST be submitted to your counselor's Google Classroom by September 7, 2022*
*If your earliest application deadline is December 2, 2022Â or later, these documents MUST be submitted to your counselor's Google Classroom by October 12, 2022*Â
